All Jivoré jewelry is handcrafted on order.

Standard processing time: 10–21 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Customized or complex pieces may take longer — customers will be informed accordingly.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Within India

We offer free insured shipping across India through our trusted logistics partners (e.g., Blue Dart, DTDC, or Sequel).

All shipments are fully insured until they reach your doorstep.

Delivery time post-dispatch: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery timelines may extend.
Important: Once a delivery is marked “delivered” by the courier company, Jivoré cannot be held liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.
3. International Shipping

Jivoré ships internationally to most countries via reliable carriers.

Shipping fees and insurance will be calculated at checkout or shared over email/ WhatsApp for custom orders.

International delivery timelines: 7–14 business days (excluding customs delays).

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility as per destination country laws.
Please check your local customs policies before ordering. Jivoré is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local authorities.
4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number and link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
5. Packaging and Insurance

All jewelry is securely packed in tamper-proof boxes, with an added layer of luxury and protection.

Every shipment is insured for its full value until it is delivered to the customer.

Do not accept delivery if the package is open, tampered, or damaged - please take photos and contact our team immediately.
6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Once an order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.

Re-delivery or return-to-origin costs due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-response will be borne by the customer.
7. Delays and Force Majeure
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Jivoré shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events

Customs clearance procedures

Courier company delays beyond our control
We will, however, keep you informed and assist in tracking your order until it reaches you safely.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit:

We will initiate an insurance claim with our logistics partner.

A replacement or refund will be processed only after the courier’s official investigation report.

Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with unboxing photos or courier proof.
9. Ownership and Risk
All orders remain property of Jivoré until full payment is received.
Once delivered and signed for, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
