Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund / Exchange Policy :

As every Jivoré piece is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, in case of a manufacturing defect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

  • Our team will assess and arrange for repair or replacement if applicable.

Custom orders, engraved items, and altered pieces are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. No refunds would be issued.

Resizing & Repairs
 

One-time resizing (±2 sizes) is complimentary within 30 days of delivery.
